Kazakhstan).

As you can see in the enclosedresume, I have academic background in Oil & Gas Engineering combined with
over twenty years work experience in the same.

I have spent about ten years workingon a large oil/gas/condensate field in Western Kazakhstan (Karachaganak) where
I have gained considerable experience in petroleum/production engineering. Currently
I have responsible for analyze production performance data and recommend
activities in order to improve well performance and assist in planning remedial
well activity as required, carry out nodal analysis to identify bottlenecks in problematic/
low performance wells on onshore oilfield in western Kazakhstan (Atyrau
oblast).

Added to my extensive experience Ihave completed many quality courses, which have benefited me greatly in terms
of problem solving. I have strong leadership skills and an ability to manage

- Prepare programs for various welltests such us multi-rate production/injection tests, and isochronal/modified
isochronal tests. Coordinates and supervises testing operations and carries out
preliminary interpretation and evaluation of tests results.

 - Production gathering and processing.Production allocation.

 - Reviews and evaluates water injectionclusters performance and discuss the long term injection test with concern
engineers of the other departments.

audit, report on contractors and logging tools effectiveness, resumes of
contractor personnel reviewed)

- Monitors and discuss theperformance of installed production downhole equipment

- Identifies opportunities toimprove efficiency and reduce costs.
